TLC Fostering is one of the very few agencies in the UK offering a specialist service for children and young people with additional needs and complex medical conditions.

If you are transferring with children in place, at least one child will need to meet the criteria for our specialist service. Our team will support you in understanding this and ensure the right placements are matched to your skills and experience.

You don’t need to be a medical expert—we provide full training and ongoing specialist support to help you feel confident and equipped
